When cycling your feet are in a fixed and Dorsiflexed position which makes the foot a poor shock absorber when getting off the bike and returning to walking. The rotation puts inversion and eversion back into the foot and ankle. Your knees will thank you for putting functional movement back into the feet and opening the hips..

Start with fully extended arms then pull down toward your chest and squeeze your shoulder bladed together. Cable wide grip pull down in a standing position allows your pelvis to glide along an axis for a whole body global motion.
Lay on your back, knees bent at 90* degrees and heels on bench. Point toes toward the ceiling. Lift hips into bridge and squeeze glutes, then lower down but don't touch the floor all the way-lift again. Bent knee bridging is a great way to build strength in the posterior chain and supporting low back structures.
