Check it out!This exercise is to open the adductor or inner thigh of the left leg. Rotate the trunk and fix the grip to achieve trunk rotation. This creates transverse plane tensioning in the hip. Lean forward going into the tension of the inner thigh. Come back out of the tension to achieve hydration. Motion is lotion! Keep your pelvis pointing forward. Left foot is externally rotated.

This is a transverse plane lunge with external rotation, it’s a great core strengthening exercise. In this demonstration she is changing the foot position on each lunge to get a different whole body global reaction. The baton has tubing attached for extra resistance.
After being run over by a car, this dog had a broken neck, a broken pelvis, and a broken femur. The doctor said he would never walk again. He is my miracle dog. He is my joy. This dog has the biggest heart I have ever seen. I rehabbed him not having any diagnostics. I adopted him from the pound so there was nothing. He was in the list for euthanizing. I didn’t know he couldn’t do it. The dog didn’t know he couldn’t do it. Therefore he did it! He walked! Now he runs, jumps and plays to his heart’s content. I love my miracle dog!
